Sing The Way
Through
To amplify the prayers of women around the world.
Five weeks of embodied prayer with other women who feel deeply. We pray, we share, we sing, and we hold gratitude and grief in each hand — as we find the balance needed to make something beautiful with it all.

An invitation
There's no doubt that our world is going through it right now
Many of us, as women, feel the heavy weight of collective suffering and don't know what to do about it — so we often grieve alone.
We pray and wait, wondering if anyone hears us. We want to help more, but we're so overwhelmed and burnt out in our own lives that we don't even know where to start.
We feel convicted. We know we are meant to be a part of the greater solution, so we do our best. We practice gratitude. We help where we can. We live closer to The Earth and try to encourage the people around us. But we can't shake the feeling that we are missing something — that we could be doing more — but what?
I don't have all the answers. But let's start here, and open up to the inspiration that comes from this container.
Feel into this: five weeks of embodied prayer with other women who feel deeply. Katt Lilly

What we do together
We meet once a week and we don't rush it
One session a week, Thursdays at noon, joining from wherever we are. Four things happen every time we gather.
-
We pray
Out loud, together, in our own words. Not performed and not tidy — prayer as something the body does, not only something the mind composes.
-
We share
What we're carrying, and what we can't put down. This is a room where you don't have to hold the grief on your own or explain why it's heavy.
-
We sing
Because singing moves what talking can't reach. You don't need a trained voice for this — you need a willing one.
-
We recommit
To our personal vision and to the collective one. We tap into sacred feminine wisdom together and empower each other to expand our capacity for compassion and understanding.
After the fifth Thursday
Five weeks, and a launch pad on the other side
This brief container becomes a launch pad for our dreams to emerge. We cultivate community, connection and collaborative energy that extends far beyond these five weeks.
We grow — together and individually — so that we can be the beacons of hope that are desperately needed in these times. So that we can inspire others to rise up and move mountains too.
Who this is for
Come, if…
- You feel the weight of what's happening in the world and you've been carrying it quietly.
- You pray, and some days you wonder whether anyone hears it.
- You want to help, and you're too burnt out to know where to start.
- You feel convicted — that you're meant to be part of the solution.
- You'd rather feel things with other women than manage them alone.
What it isn't
A few honest notes
- This isn't a vocal technique course. If you want to build the instrument, that's 1:1 coaching.
- It isn't therapy or crisis care. It's prayer, singing and company — good company, but not clinical support.
- It isn't a passive class. You'll be asked to use your voice, and to mean it.
If you're unsure whether it's for you, write to me. I'd honestly rather tell you it isn't than take your money.

Someone you know needs this circle
We can't do it alone — that's rather the whole point. If a woman came to mind while you were reading, send her the flyer.
Guided by Katrina Lilly — vocal coach, singer/songwriter, ceremonialist, holistic mama of three.
Before you ask
Questions
I'm not a singer. Can I still come?
Yes — and you're exactly who I'm thinking of. Nobody is auditioning. We sing because it moves something that talking doesn't reach, not because it's supposed to sound like a recording.
Do I have to sing on my own, with everyone listening?
No. We sing together. If a moment comes when you want to be heard on your own, the room will hold it — but you'll never be put on the spot.
Is this a particular religion?
It's prayer, and it's led from my own faith. Women come from different traditions and that has always been welcome. If you'd like to know more about how I hold it before you commit, just ask me.
What if I can't make one of the Thursdays?
Life happens, and one missed week won't undo the five. Tell me in advance if you can, so the circle knows to hold your place.
Where do we meet?
Live online, so you can join from wherever you are. You'll get the link and a short note about what to bring once your place is confirmed.
What if I pay and then can't do it?
Talk to me. Refunds are considered case by case and aren't guaranteed — the circle is a small, committed group and places are held for people. If you're on the fence, ask me before you pay rather than after.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — write to me and we'll sort it out. Money shouldn't be the reason you sit this one out.
Is it only for women?
Yes. This particular container is for women, gathered around sacred feminine wisdom. 1:1 coaching is open to everyone.
Still wondering
Ask Katt anything
She reads these herself, and she'd rather answer a question than have you talk yourself out of it.
We lean in and feel things. We hold gratitude and grief in each hand and find the balance we need to make something out of it.
